This package includes a dental cleaning, four vet exams, Spay/Neuter, annual full set of vaccinations which covers Bordetella/DHLPP for dogs or FVRCP for Cats, and 1 year Rabies vaccine. FIV/LUK testing for cats or a Heartworm test for Dogs. Also included in this package is a HomeAgain Microchip with registration and a ProHeart12 injection - which provides a year's worth of heartworm prevention for your pet in one dose.
